Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Aeg Advanced Energy Group DAP 218/AS-BDAP-218 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aeg-Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Modicon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aeg-Modicon such as the MA0265002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M238H60CY005AC manufactured by Aec and we are pleased to be able to service most Aec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M0T202ASBM0T202 by Manufacturer Modicon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Agie Brand 6296529 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aeg-Schneider such as TBXDMS16C222 equipment made by Aeg-Schneider have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A270C by Air-Techniques and TBXDMS16C222 spares by Aeg-Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TC5F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Airco.
